Whistle Blower User Guide

Whistleblowing is a new concept formulated by UAE’s Cabinet of Ministers, which authorises FTA to accept, process the leads/information submitted confidentially and take the required action. Whistle Blower Program for Tax Violations and Evasion is issued to simplify the procedure and covers the following aspects:

• To understand whistleblowing policy.
• To raise red flags against the illicit trade practices in the Community
• To be aware of the method and eligibility to obtain the monetary prize.
• To guide for providing correct answers to the questions and better understanding of the icons/signs in the whistleblowing form.
